Patriarchy Hire

A unqualified white and/or male who was nevertheless hired but are blindly confident about his “skills” and has the audacity to refer other POC employees as “diversity hire”.

Brad: Well it is so unfair that she got the promotion. She is Asian and she is a woman, she can be their diversity hire. This political correctness is insane.
You: Yeah? You are obnoxious and your work suck, you are only here because you are a patriarchy hire!

A: He doesn’t even know how to read the balance sheet! How did he got the job??
B: Well they say he has good communication skills. But we all know it’s because he is a white man so clients pay more attention when he talks. He is one of those patriarchy hires.
