They are unambiguously masculine and have almost no chances of passing without major surgery, compare and contrast with Boymoder. Basically, looks like an adult man with very smooth skin, doe eyes, and often times long hair (Elrond from LoTR is the usual example given). Often times very anxious and depressed, but can usually fulfill the masculine role in society.
