A person that requires their sexual partners to have specific genitals. Their genital specifications can, and often do, vary. Typically, a person with a genital fetish requires their partners to have genitals that correspond with their partnersâ assigned birth sex; e.g. cisgender men have a penis and testicles, and cisgender women have a vagina and overlies.
Frequently, genital fetishists use the term âgenital preferenceâ in the company of others, or to explain their sexual requirements to potential partners in an attempt to appear polite and thoughtful. However, unlike a genital preference - where open minded people are able to see past their partners physical variations, genital fetishists require their partners to posses genitals that meet their requirements and expectations.
