A car muffler that hangs down so low or creates so much vibration that it sounds like the muffler's many Mexican males purposely place onto their cars to make them appear to be more powerful than they really are

Dude, my car's getting to the point where I've a Mexican Muffler on the thing, and driving on the highway, everyone looks at me funny.
