Noun. Someone in a classroom environment that hears the correct answer said by someone, but not loud enough for the teacher to hear, repeats said answer louder, and gets the credit.

Teacher: Class, what is the answer?
The students start shouting out answers. Little Timmy said "2" but the teacher did not hear. Michael heard it though. He said it louder. "TWO!"

Teacher: Yes, Michael got it!

Michael is a stouger. Little Timmy got stouged.
