The act of laying on your side and using your feet to push off the walls and to the other wall back and forth like a retard in public. A common sight in public schools.

"What's Jim doing on the floor like an idiot?"
"Oh nothing just floor surfing."

high horse syndrome

The uncontrollable urge to correct anybody at any time. Most people tend to claim they are correct even down to opinion. Large amounts of insults and arguments are to break out by these people.

"Wow Anon is being really annoying with saying blue is better than pink."
"Don't take it personal, it's just his high horse syndrome."
