Any parking enforcement officer who writes vague, unnecessary parking tickets just for money.

What the heck! A parking ticket?? An 81 must have walked past my car.

Stands for Loitering Teen Bully, which is any teenage individual loitering in public places with an intention to harass passerby.

I don't feel safe in town lately; the LTB is going to be out there for sure and I know he will be harassing me if he sees me.
