The sack hung under an animals a-hole to catch the poop so it doesn't make any mess, usually attached to a camel or a donkey at fetes, fairs and festivals whilst taking people for rides.

If the camel forgot to wear his dingleberry, the carnies would be cleaning up his scat all day!
