No doubt a group of some of the most unattractive people on the planet. Most "scenesters" seem to be pretty dedicated to the mandatory fashion criteria in order to fit in, for example, septum piercings, black clothing, little or no eyebrows and bad, bad hair. Not to mention the typical scene photograph which consists of the subject looking up into the camera with a surprised face. One of the largest conforming and non-understanding movements originally meant to be about not conforming and an understanding of others.

I suppose the "scene" was originally about the music until girls with bows and digital cameras got a hold of it. It's long gone now.
