When you're taking such a hard shit, that when it hits the water, it scares you/hurts you so much, that your only option is to jump.

Gabe : Duuudddee. My head hurts so bad.

Joe : What's wrong?

Gabe : I was shitting and it hurt so bad that I jumped in the air, slipped, and hit my head on my shelf of bongs.

Joe : Damn. The Dump Jump. Always thought that was some legend.
