City Joint

A joint rolled/stuffed in the paper of a normal cigarette, with the normal filter removed and replaced with a joint filter. For smoking in public, even though it's probably not that smart.

John: Let's go behind the mall and smoke a city joint!

Jack: That's not a very good idea
