Twingling

It is a twitching and tingling sensation when one is being talked about and is not physically present (eg...a patient call to make an appointment when you did not want them to, think a Michaud ; ).

Person 1: Dude, I am so glad we have not seen that patient

Person 2 : Did you see the schedule?

Person 1: No, what you're talking about?
Person 2: I got a "twingling" feeling when I saw it
Person 1: Rolling eyes...ugh
