A "Google Mum" is a non-technical affine girl or woman, which hasn't any computer skills but is capable of using "Google".

She: "Hey, where do i get an antivirus software from"

Male1: "Why don't you just google it!"

Male1 to Male 2: "'Damn her, she isn't even a Google Mum"
