A fun trick to play on a girlfriend.
You place a small drop of Tabasco on your tongue and then proceed to lick her out, causing her to scream like crazy

Mark: So, Me and Jen were messing around last night, and I gave her the Ol' Tabasco Screamer
Steve: OMG! how'd that go?
Mark: She cried
