It's a food database service offered by UnderAmour that allows people to track calories and macros (also weight) for what they eat for each meal.
I use MFP to track my calories
MFP shows I still have 200 calories left to eat.
Looking to track macros? I recommend MFP.
Fitbit is nice, but MFP is better, and can sync with Fitbit.
