For example, wide spaced eyes and/or low set ears as one would see when looking at a child with Down Syndrome. This is not necessarily an insult- often it comes from a legitimate concern that there is an undiagnosed condition at play.

(Verb) Willingness to put yourself at risk to help out a good friend. This stems from the idea that if they murdered someone you would be willing to show up with a tarp/ supplies to help them dispose of the body.
