A harsh,rude and cheeky way of saying no. Its a definite rejection and usually holds some awkwardness after the word being used. Originally from the Boro Slang.

Ammaar : "oi, wanna play fortnite together?"
Yoosuf : "Nor......"
Ammaar : "erm, ok why?"
Yoosuf : "Nor.... Phuk off!"
