Helmet fire

Committing an extremely dim-witted act or string of acts while massively confused and engaged in any activity which requires the use of a helmet.

A. Dude, did you see that game last night where that dumbass defensive end intercepted that pass then ran it in to the wrong end zone? What a helmet fire.

B. Guss Grissom must have been having a serious helmet fire when he blew the door of his space capsule and it sank to the bottom of the ocean.
