An acute rash-like disease brought on by severe rubbing of a man's (or transexual person's) penis on another person's tonsils (Whores, and Gay Men, are most commonly diagnosed).

Doctor: The victim died of a severe case of Tonsil Penisitis.
Investigator: That's fucked up.
Doctor: Yes, the people who get it generally are.
