Victoria is the name of one who's short, aggressive and irritating. One could argue she's the devil herself?? Victoria spends most of her day inside watching anime, kdrama or playing valorant. She also uses paypal because she has no friends. Victoria is about 4'11 or 150cm (she's a dwarf). She's usually annoying and probably bites.

Person 1: That girl's such a Victoria.
Person 2: Yeah she most definitely is one.
Person 1: Let's leave before she bites or something, idk.
