When an individual actively engages in activities that are derelict.

These guys were actively engaging in derelictivities at work today and I refused to participate.

When verbal or electronic commitments to scheduled meetings, dialogue, or deadlines are not upheld.

I waited for them to call me today, but I got "ELC'd".
