1. An amalgamation of "fondled on a couch." Taken advantage of or molested whilst occupying a couch, sofa, chaise lounge, or recliner (etc.) Often occurring while the victim is in a lowered state of mind (drugged, sleepy, bored, etc.)

Marcus: I heard Marty got fouched last week.

Roger: Yeah, that's why he hasn't been at school, they sent him to social services.

Marcus: Damn, that's messed up. Right there on the couch?

Roger: Yeah, it was his uncle, he slipped GHB into his soda and fouched him while he was watching Total Recall.
