When a man's pants puff out or crease around his crotch area in such an unflattering way that it resembles a diaper bulge.

"Dude, that guy's pleated pants are giving him major diaper dick."

Dave feels like a hot stud when he gets diaper dick because it makes his junk look huge, but really he just looks like a tool.
