Basy

When someone is in the hating mood. He or she is being jealous or disapproving of an action or decision that has credibility out of spite. On the hating scale basy would be above jealousy and a little below the evil eye.

JIM:Yo Alex you like my jacket.

Alex: Naw man theres better ones out there

JIM: Why you being so basy ; its aiight would have been acceptable.

Alex: Maybe for your standards
