When your large intestine has been holding back waste for more than 48 hours (perhaps causing abdominal pain), preparing to serve up a buttload of stinking floaters (perhaps interspersed with blood, or stained dark by blood).

Craig: I haven't pooped in a while, Anne. What's going on?
Anne: Pre-cancerous polyps might be cooking in the Colon Crockpot. If you're lucky, it's still soon enough to get them removed during a colonoscopy before they turn cancerous.

There is no intelligence to support the claim that baggage handlers traffic drugs in the baggage of unsuspecting passengers, who will take the rap if the plan goes wrong.
