Erotophonophilia

Erotophonophilia is a paraphilia (unusual sexual interest or attraction) that centres on the act (real or imagined) of murdering your partner during the act of intercourse. It is one of the more severe forms of sexual sadism. Erotophonophiliacs tend to fantasize about beating, stabbing, strangling and mutilating their partner(s); they also engage in idealized narcissistic fantasies of domination and utter control over their partner(s). Murders committed by erotophonophiliacs are often marked by genital mutilation or dismemberment, and disembowelment. Erotophonophiliacs are more likely to be primary psychopaths than non-erotophonophiliacs, they are more likely to engage in cruelty to animals, and also more likely to become serial killers. They are more likely than other murderers to engage in cannibalism and torture and significantly more likely to commit 'trophy keeping' where they secretively collect either a personal effect of the victim or a part of the victims body, typically using the trophies in acts of worship or as artistic display pieces.

"The erotophonophiliac picked up the gardening shears from the table by the back patio door and quickly made his way back to the bedroom, tucking the shears in his pocket as he made his way. The girl he had brought back from the bar the previous night laid across the bottom of his bed, still and lifeless. As he made his way across the room, he stopped and stooped for a moment at a pool of blood, taking some up onto his fingers and painting the blood on his face. As he approached the body on his bed, he retrieved the shears from his pocket. He gently reached down and grabbed at the girls hand, intertwining his fingers with hers like a lovely couple would. He realized he had quickly developed a large erection, and as he selected one of her fingers and slipped the shears around it he could barely breathe, and as he squeezed the shears he came with such a ferocity he was afraid the neighbours would hear and investigate."
