Short version of "not all men". Used by people to downplay (mostly) women's concerns regarding sexual harassment etc. Offensive term since it takes the focus off of the real issue being misogyny and rapeculture.

Woman: Men ALWAYS sexualize me
Person: Not all men (NAM)
Woman: I NEVER SAID ALL MEN
