A Juliah is kind, funny, understanding person. She is the prettiest in the room but she doesn't point it out. She's a great friend but a really bad painter. She has a heart of gold. A Juliah has a weird and kinky sense of humor but wont let you see her crazy until you show her yours first. A Juliah is the best kind of friend to have.
