A Skell is someone who lacks all self awareness in regard to their low intelligence.

Derived from skeleton; as In bone head.

"He wants to dry his lighters on the radiator, the boy's a proper skell sometimes".

"She ran out of hairspray so she used clear varnish on her hair."
