He is a Shiba Inu named Balou. His owner is Luca aka Concrafter, a german youtuber with over 2 million subs. His best friends are Ukuleli and Vittello. He is really famous, even the Akinator knows him. In general he is really friendly but sometimes also a bit confused. (You know what I mean if you know the game Nintendogs ;).)
