2) Melissa noticed that her lover's hands were dirty from working in the garage, so she broke out the fb soap in case they decided to get busy before dinner.

LA 6

An "LA 6" refers to women from Los Angeles who, in terms of attractiveness, would easily qualify as an 8 or 9 in other parts of the country, but because of the surplus of beautiful women in Southern California are bumped down the scale and only qualify locally as a 6 in LA.

Sarah would easily be a 9 in Tulsa, but here she's just an LA 6.
