Parents wanted a boy, planned to give him the name "Shaun" and an unfortunate mistake occurred.

Somehow though, through all of the pressures to be someone else, she found herself in that "g". Like the letter "g" with a little push here and there, she became the independent, strong, quirky woman who defines the name rather than letting a name define her.
