YEAR. this is the best and most honorable award in the ceremony, whoever wins this usually is promoted to a high ranking, to become the DUTCH MASTER and overthrow the dutch master neto, you must win over 51 dutch man of the year award in a row, and be supported by the dutch council, and since the dutch council is loyal to NETO, dont get your fucking hopes up!
