A person who intentionally or unintentionally stops the progress of two frolicking partners getting their freak on using SMS as the form of blocking.

Guy 1: Like who?
Guy 2: Nobody particular, just committing random acts of Text blocking

Guy 2: So did you get any last night?
Guy 1:No, Larissa was blowing up Rachels phone all night.
