Poppied

Poppied - verb
The uncanny ability to incorrectly remember a phrase, but upon applying it to a situation, doing so with such conviction that the person it is said to suddenly questions whether their knowledge of said phrase was correct in the first place.

I'm feeling pretty poppied. I'm sure the saying isn't 'swings on roundabouts'...
