Boi Head

To say someone is being stupid or being (in their opinion) wrong, as boys (middle school and under) usually act. Also used when someone is acting full of themselves.

Alana: Your such a boi head
Neena: No, that's you.

Alana: Omg, that's exactly what a boi head would say
