A term used to describe a musical style, production quality, or band that is downright mediocre. These bands will often be playing some sort of blues, jazz, or "rock n' roll" and are heard in the background at carnivals and town festivals. Only enjoyed by drunk old people.
1) I was walking through the carnival to get to the rides and I heard some lame-ass Carnival Band playing Elvis covers.
2) "Rollover Beethoven" by ELO is a Carnival Band song.

Basically the Nu-Metal and Metalcore of the 80's. Characterized by generic faggotry of all musical aspects.
The vocals induce cringing whenever heard, the riffs are bullshit power chords, the drumming is "bum-chick-bum-chick", the bass doesn't exist, and the lyrics are standard tool/douche material. The solos are not bad, but still relatively mediocre.
Oh, and it's NOT METAL.

A more fitting name for the most overrated and trendy game on the fucking market, Call of Duty. Only enjoyed by douchebags/tools, hence the name.
I can't go for 5 seconds without hearing some retard uttering the words "Call of Duty". Instead of worshipping Call of Douchey, try an FPS that is actually original and creative, like the Timesplitters series.
