Israeli slang, A male (or female) with unimaginable low standards, so low that a Goni can be considered his/her own class of sexual attraction. A Goni will literally hump anything with a hole. A Goni will not flirt with the potential mate except in certain European countries.

Girl 1: I hooked up with this thirsty guy last night! He was so desperate!

Girl 2: Oh you got with a Goni!
