Sigurd

A person who has created their own delusional world view and fully believes in it based on details they deliberately misinterpret. A coping mechanism for their own emotional satisfaction and fantasy.

Example 1:
A: It was so obvious Bayonetta is a Lesbian, she and Jeanne were meant to be together.
B: That was never a thing, you just saw what you wanted to see. You're such a Sigurd!

Example 2:
"These Sigurds really need some therapy!"

Example 3:
"I think my friend is a Sigurd, he thinks that the e-celeb really loves him because he donated 1000 dollars to her stream"
