Slippery Sanchez

Essentially a Dirty Sanchez except instead of normal fecal matter, you use diarrhea to wipe above the lips so it runs down, also giving the person a goatee.

"Dude, I didn't know James had a moustache and a goatee."

"Well that's because we gave him a Slippery Sanchez in his sleep!"
