Refers to the female genitalia. As when the old guy goes to the doctor and his B/P is up and he blames it on the pretty “split-tails” in the office. Vulgar term.

“Doc, my pressure’s high because of all these pretty split-tails you got running around in this office.” (Actual quote) smh.
