A basic definition of a twink, would be a faggot who becomes sexually confused much earlier in life than most queers, often as early as 13 years of age.

Cool Guy 1: "Hey, look at that twink over there kissing that man"

Cool Guy 2: "We should kill him before he gets older, so he doesn't negatively influence our children's sexuality"
