A costume you wear to a Science Fiction Convention, ComicCon, or other event just to wear around the halls of the event. You have no plan to enter the costume in a contest (though you might be asked to if they don't have enough participants).
This is just my Space Ranger Flight Suit, a black jumpsuit with a couple of patches on it. I'd never wear this Hall Costume in the Masquerade Contest.
Capsule Communicator, a hold over from the days of the Mercury Program of the US Space Program. The German scientists designing the Mercury Capsule always referred to The Capsule, while the Mercury Seven astronauts always called it a Spacecraft. In the Mission Control room, however, the Germans held sway, and all communications went through the astronaut on the ground who was the only radio contact with the astronaut in the spacecraft. The title of the ground astronaut on the console with the "Push to Talk" button was the "Capsule Communicator", abbreviated to "CapCom".
"Space Station, this is Mission Control. On panel Alpha Four, I need a Switch Throw of switch Two Three to the ON position." "Roger, Capcom. That's in work."
When microcomputers were first marketed in the 1970's, corporate computer departments had all sorts of people with a lot of Titles. There were Computer Operators of course, and programmers, system analysts, tape librarians, etc. But with a Microcomputer in your home, you were everything! You were The Computerist.
Give me a call if you need help programming that, I'm a Consulting Computerist.
A reference to Medicare. Based on the Affordable Care Act being called 'Obama Care', Medicare came in during the Johnson Administration of the 1960's, and so Johnson Care is used to refer to Medicare. Social Security came into effect during the Roosevelt administration of the 1930's, and so Social Security is referred to as Roosevelt Care.
I'm over 65 years old now, so I've signed up for Johnson Care.

When you are using some software, and something goes wrong, it is good form to submit a Bug Report to the software developers so they can fix the problem.
The form I was filling out wouldn't let me use alpha characters in the Drivers License field, so I submitted a Bug Report.
When a request to perform an action comes over a radio circuit, it is common to inform the requester you are working on the request by replying "In Work".
