A homie or friend that is generally liked, but usually uninvited as they are found to be irritating or an inconvenience.

"Teccing" can also be used.

Ex. 1: I mean, Tom is our good friend, but bro is just kinda tec sometimes you know what I mean?
Ex. 2: Do y'all really wanna invite Jerry? He be teccing sometimes, so I don't really want to.
