The action which describes a programmer deploying code to a server that is for all intents and purposes a complete pile of crap.

Synonymous with shitting in the shower and forcing it down the grate the programmer has shit all over their screen and wishes to force it up to the server.

John - "Err I forget to pull before I pushed up to AWS".
