It means brainwashed. Like a cult kool-aid drinker.
After hanging out with this girl his friends thought that she had washed and rinsed him from what his personality used to be.
Being sarcastic - yet still being somewhat optimistic. Finding amusement in things that make others uncomfortable. Sardonic
Examples of sarcastomism:
You would being defined as a sarcastomist if as a postal mail carrier, that if you said to a customer that a perk of the job was being able to enjoy the weather no matter what it is.
Youâre being defined as a sarcastomist if you were locked up in prison and able to watch TV but that you joked that daytime television was part of the punishment.
