To have been affected by CEO Alan Joyce's Qantas Airways in any of the following scenarios:
1. Flight delayed or cancelled.
2. To be stranded at the airport without any Qantas presense, support or communication.
3. Luggage delayed, misplaced or lost.
4. To not be refunded in a timely manner when legally entitled to be.
5. To have one's infant rescheduled or lost on a different flight then to its parents.
6. Any other action of CEO Alan Joyce to the detriment of Qantas Employees, Customers and Frequent Flyers.
1. My flight has been Joyced.
2. My luggage has been Joyced.
3. I have been Joyced.
4. I can't believe my baby has been Joyced!
