Used mostly by women but becoming more common with men they raises the pitch at the end of every sentence making it sounds like a question and use word such as like, totally, soo, Literally And umm to space there thoughts

Person 1: I’m soo tried like yesterday work out was like soo hard
Person 2: I totally hear you like I can literally still feel the burn
Person 3: soo This is uptalk
