Shot Clock

A man (or woman) who generally is a quiet yet too nice individual who takes waaaaay to long to shoot pool. For example, every single shot they take is so time consuming you get bored and lose your rhythm hence giving them a chance at beating you.

This game will take half an hour because shot clock is shooting.
