Someone who acts like a Jewish person, but in fact isn't Jewish.
A man or woman who is as greedy as like a Jewish person.

Ex1. Oliver refuses to donate his own money for the Haiti Relief.

"Oliver, stop being such a Jew Mongler!"

Ex2. Jason shops at Walmart to save himself time and money. Jason is in fact, a Jew Mongler.

Ex3. Chase and Horace are sharing a book to study from. Chase pulls the book closer to him so HE can read it better. Chase is in the act of being a Jew Mongler
